What I ate today (angie)

So after 31 mins on the WiiFit I feel good. I did some HulaHoop, Yoga poses, tight rope walking, step aerobics, and running (Yep I said running) well jogging in place. I was sweaty so that is what matters.

Here is what I ate today

Breakfast
1 Weight Watcher Muffin (Chocolate Chip)
Water with Strawberry Crystal light
Lunch
Lean Cuisine (chicken, with bow tie pasta in a pesto sauce) Yummm
Mixed greens salad
Wishbone asian Sesame Salad dressing
1 (100 calorie) pack of Chips Deluxe cookie
1 (sugar free) Chocolate Pudding
Water with Target sugar free Cherry Limeade. good but I dont like cherry flavor stuff.
Snack YES I HAVE SNACKS!!!
Water with Sugar Free Lemonade
Ice brakers gum LOL!! That did not do it
1 Lemon Weight Watcher cake (1point) Still did not work
1 cup of grapes (yep those did it)
Dinner
Half of Chicken Breast
Wheat Bow-Tie Pasta with creamy garlic sauce.
Diet Mountain Dew (probably the reason I can't sleep at nights)
Dessert
Weight Watcher Strawberry Shortcake
Light Whipped Topping
